Compensation: $48,000-$60,000/year depending on qualifications 

How do our Staff Accountants Drive Impact?

Communicate with internal and external customers in a concise, effective, and friendly manner

Monthly reconciliations may include, but are not limited to:

Gas logs

Bank

Floor plan

OEM open account

Finance reserves

Credit card statements

Code, index, and reconcile accounts payable, following through on required approvals

Prepare statistical data for financial statements from various reports (e.g., number of employees, number of units in inventory, etc.)

Assist with adding and paying floor plan for inventory

Miscellaneous check preparation in CDK (e.g., out of state titling, etc.)

Communicate accounts receivable aging to appropriate store personnel

Credit card posting and daily reconciliation

Assist with 207Bs and other related inventory functions

Autoguard service contracts

Assist with product cancellations

We're Looking For

• Familiarity with technology, such as:
• CDK
• Various banking website portals
• OEM website portals
• FUSE
• Must be a highly organized, detail orientated multi-tasker
• Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Must have good time management skills
• Must work well with a team
• Prior ADP/CDK experience strongly preferred
• 4-year Accounting degree strongly preferred, minimum of a 2-year Accounting degree required
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience required
